OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Based on State Lawyer Ginger Bowden Madden, the previous finance director for the town of Fort Walton Seashore has been charged in a cash laundering investigation.
Madden mentioned Brandy Ferris pled “no contest” to felony expenses of Organized Fraud and Cash Laundering.
