Former city finance director charged in money laundering investigation


OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Based on State Lawyer Ginger Bowden Madden, the previous finance director for the town of Fort Walton Seashore has been charged in a cash laundering investigation.
